Membership Policies & Rules for service: Members must commit to a minimum of 6 months, with an early termination fee charged for canceling before that time. Members are not allowed to share their memberships with others. Failure to show up for appointments will result in forfeiture of the monthly service. To avoid forfeiting service, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to modify membership dues, but will provide prior written notice to members before doing so.
